A launch on the same platform as acts like Coldplay, Katy Perry and Jessie J amongst many more has been a dream come true. My deepest gratitude to my mentor and founder of Springboard Records for making this happen and I am still overwhelmed from the experience of being launched @ MUSEXPO in Hollywood! At the same time, it was super exciting to hear how music is growing in different corners of the globe, drawing inspiration not only from international pop, but from their native music too. Watching these artists perform and interacting with them gave me so many different perspectives, on how making music can be approached.

ASCAP was an equally uplifting experience. It was enthralling to be in the same room as some of your idols, the artists you’ve grown up listening to and the success stories of today! ASCAP had panelists like Jason Mraz, Ne-Yo, Meghan Trainor, Junkie XL, Jermaine Dupri, dissecting their music, talking about their inspirations and their journeys as musicians and how they finally made it! Their energies were infectious and even being in the same room as them was convincing enough to believe that nothing’s impossible.
It was enthralling to be in the same room as some of your idols, the artists you’ve grown up listening to and the success stories of today.
The entire experience was truly a life lesson. Cannot stress enough that this isn’t just about the music that you make, but the intention and attitude behind working and making music that matter the most. That it’s not about following a trend, but about making content that you believe in and love, and simply being the best at that!
